Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, contracts, legal opinions, and submissions.
• Attend court, tribunals, and registries with advocates.
• Assist with conveyancing, due diligence, and perfection of securities.
• Participate in client meetings, legal briefings, and case preparation.
• Maintain a Pupillage Diary in compliance with Kenya School of Law requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from a recognized university.
• Completed Kenya School of Law coursework and eligible for the mandatory six-month pupillage programme.
• Strong legal research, analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
• High integrity, professionalism, initiative, and eagerness to learn.
