Position Overview

Our client is looking for a meticulous and proactive Purchasing Assistant to support the procurement process by assisting with sourcing, ordering, and tracking goods and services. This role ensures accurate purchasing records, liaises with suppliers, and supports timely delivery of items to meet operational needs.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Certificate in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory management
  • Experience with supplier liaison and order processing is an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and procurement systems
  • Good organizational, communication and teamwork abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
