Our esteemed Client - a market leader in the the Food & Confectionery Industry seeks to recruit an experienced QUALITY CONTROLLER

Product Inspection: Conduct detailed inspections of confectionery products at various production stages to check appearance, texture, taste, and consistency. Quality Control Checks: Perform regular quality control checks throughout the manufacturing process, from raw materials to finished products, to ensure they meet company standards. Defect Identification: Identify, report, and help resolve any defects or inconsistencies in products and processes. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all quality checks, test results, raw material quality, and corrective actions taken. Standard Compliance: Ensure products and processes comply with internal company standards, regulatory requirements (e.g., UNBS), and customer expectations. Production Collaboration: Work with the production and operations teams to improve processes, implement quality procedures, and address quality issues effectively. Testing and Sampling: Conduct tests for ingredient proportions, moisture content, and other relevant quality parameters, collecting samples for microbiological or other analysis. Packaging Monitoring: Oversee the packaging process to ensure label accuracy, seal integrity, and proper packaging material standards.
