Our Client, a leading manufacturer of industrial detergents, sanitizers, and water treatment solutions, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Coordinator to support the Quality Assurance function and ensure that all products and processes meet established standards and regulatory requirements.

• Conduct inspections of incoming raw materials and packaging to ensure conformity to specifications.
• Sample and analyze in-process and finished products to verify quality standards.
• Perform monthly Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) inspections on the production floor.
• Assist in investigating customer complaints and generating Corrective Action (CA) reports.
• Assist in reviewing, updating, and maintaining robust Quality Assurance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain accurate and timely records of quality control results, inspections, and deviations.
• Assist in updating and managing the Bill of Materials (BOM) and process steps.
• Support the QA Manager in ensuring compliance with KEBS certification and other statutory and legal quality requirements.
