The Quality Assurance Officer will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of lesson delivery at Kivulini Schools, supporting professional development, and conducting audits.
Responsibilities:
- Observe and evaluate lesson delivery
- Review lesson plans and schemes of work
- Support facilitators' professional development
- Compile and analyze performance data
- Conduct school quality audits
- Ensure compliance with regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Education
- Additional qualifications in Curriculum Development or Quality Assurance
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience
- Strong analytical, mentoring, and reporting skills
