Job Overview

Our client is looking to hire a Quality Control Executive who will be responsible for inspecting both clothing and furniture products to ensure they meet company quality standards before being delivered to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect clothing and furniture products for defects, damages, and inconsistencies.
  • Ensure all items meet the required specifications for quality and durability.
  • Report any defects or issues and ensure corrective actions are taken.
  • Monitor the production process to identify any quality-related concerns.
  • Keep accurate records of inspections and findings.
  • Collaborate with production teams to improve product quality.
  • Conduct pre-delivery inspections to verify products are customer-ready.
  • Test materials and finishes to ensure they meet safety and quality standards.
  • Develop and update quality control checklists and inspection procedures.
  • Train production staff on quality standards and best practices.
  • Analyze quality data and prepare reports for management review.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to address material quality issues.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in quality control or inspection roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Diploma or degree in Quality Management, Production, Textile Technology, or related field.
  • Knowledge of quality standards and inspection techniques for furniture and textiles.
  • Ability to use measuring tools and inspection equipment accurately.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify patterns in quality issues.
  • Computer literacy for maintaining inspection records and reports.
  • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
