What You Will Lead

  • Hospital-wide development, review, and implementation of quality and patient safety policies, procedures, and clinical guidelines
  • Interpretation and operationalisation of quality frameworks within complex clinical environments
  • Leadership of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for sentinel events and adverse clinical outcomes
  • Design, analysis, and presentation of clinical quality, safety, and utilisation data to inform decision-making
  • Coordination of corrective and preventive action plans arising from audits, surveys, and regulatory reviews
  • Leadership of Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives within the Medical Division
  • Active participation in JCI accreditation, including role as JCI Survey Coordinator
  • Implementation support for ISO standards, AMUA, and KAIZEN methodologies
  • Risk assessment, risk mitigation, and enterprise risk management collaboration
  • Mentorship and capability building for clinicians and departmental teams on quality improvement methodologies
  • Participation in benchmarking, innovation, and quality improvement research

  • Medical or clinical degree (mandatory), with strong grounding in clinical care delivery
  • Postgraduate qualification in health, business, or management (distinct advantage)
  • Minimum 3 years’ clinical experience within a hospital or healthcare institution

  • Demonstrated capability in data analysis, reporting, and performance monitoring
