Our client, Sierra Premium Breweries Ltd is in the beverage manufacturing industry and is seeking a Quality Intern to support Quality Assurance and Quality Control operations. The role focuses on assisting with quality inspections, laboratory testing, hygiene monitoring, and documentation, while building practical knowledge in food safety systems and beverage quality management.
Responsibilities or duties
- Assist in raw material inspection, in-process quality checks, and packaging quality assessments
- Support laboratory testing (e.g., Brix, pH, CO₂, density) and sample preparation
- Monitor hygiene, sanitation, and utilities quality within the plant
- Maintain accurate quality records, batch traceability, and documentation
- Report non-conformances and support corrective action tracking
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, safety, and quality standards
Qualifications or requirements
- Recent graduate (2025–2026) in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field
- Basic knowledge of food safety systems (GMP, HACCP) is an added advantage
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and willingness to learn
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and shift system
