Role Profile
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Officer to join our team and support our commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence in the aviation industry.
Key Duties
Reporting to the Head of Quality (HOQ), the key responsibilities of the QO will be to:-
- Compile data from various QA reports and submit them to the head of the department or his deputy, for review and decision-making prior to distribution to other departments and stakeholders.
- Assist the head of quality and the deputy in quality-related processes such as record keeping, processing personnel authorizations and drafting and processing official correspondence.
- Deliver or collect letters and other documents, from KCAA and other stakeholders within and outside the organization.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by the head of department or his deputy
Requirements
- A technical qualification in the field of aircraft maintenance, flight operations, or ground operations.
- At least two (2) years of experience working, preferably in aviation operations or maintenance.
- Experience in quality assurance is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with aviation quality systems and audit processes.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Proactive communication and teamwork abilities.
