JOB DETAILS:
A large construction company involved in Electrical, Power, water and civil engineering and construction wishes to recruit a highly competent self-driven candidate for the following vacant position:

QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Requirements:

• B.A Building Economics
  
• Above 8 years‘ experience in infrastructure projects.
  
• Professional Qualification accredited by the IQSK
  
• Conversant with contract documents with some emphases on roads projects.
  
• Capable of preparing projects BOQs, Budgets, IPC, Financial appraisals, insurance replacement estimates, final account and claims.
  
• Managing projects construction finances and activities as efficiently as possible within the set time frame and budget.
  
• Resolving disputes within contracting parties
  
• Knowledge of computer software that incudes MS Office & Win QS
  
• Must have unquestionable integrity, excellent communication, team player and report writing skills.
