WE ARE HIRING
BRITES MANAGEMENT SERVICES JOBS
QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Salary: KES 40,000
Location: Westlands , Nairobi
- Degree/diploma in Quantity Surveying, construction economics or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience on a similar role.
- Project planning and budget generation.
- Attendance to site surveys and preparation of quotations and bills of quantities.
- Contract administration with nominated sub-contractors and processing of payments for the same.
- Site and projects control.
- Generation of site reports to clients
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project and all basic computer packages.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: bachelor degree
