We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor (QS) to manage all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that building projects are completed within budget, while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

• Prepare cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies, cost analysis, and risk management assessments.
• Track changes to the design or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.
• Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress and report on cost performance and financial health.
• Perform cost control, value engineering, and cash flow forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with legal and quality standards.
• Provide financial advice and reports throughout project lifecycles.
• Assist in dispute resolution and claims assessment if necessary.

• Graduate Quantity Surveyor
• Proficient in cost estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying or a similar role.
