JOB DETAILS:
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and contract administration.
- Bachelor’s or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software such as CostX, BuildSoft, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement processes, and cost control techniques.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to prepare accurate cost estimates, bills of quantities, and project budgets.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 60
Level of Education: bachelor degree
