JOB DETAILS:
Surelift Solutions, on behalf of our client, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
The ideal candidate will support cost estimation, project budgeting, and contract management to ensure successful and cost-effective delivery of construction projects.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics
- Minimum 2 years practical experience in QS roles
- Strong proficiency in BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and project costing
RESPONSIBILITY
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and tender documents
- Conduct site measurements, valuations, and material take-offs
- Assist in cost planning, budgeting, and monitoring project expenditures
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: bachelor degree
