Siaya County Club is inviting applications from qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Receptionist. The Club operates a modern hotel facility with 58 Executive Rooms, conference facilities, restaurant, and leisure amenities. We are seeking a professional, courteous, and higly organized individual to serve as the first point of contact for our guests and ensure exceptional customer service at all times.

• Warmly receive and welcome guests upon arrival.
• Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and professionally.
• Manage room reservations and ensure accurate booking records.
• Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails appropriately.
• Coordinate closely with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness.
• Handle guest complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
• Prepare daily front office and occupancy reports.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and hotel records.
• Ensure the reception area is neat, organized and presentable at all times.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate (MS Office, email, and internet use).
• Good cash handling and basic accounting skills.

• Diploma or Certificate in Front Office Operations, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years' experience in a busy hotel environment (experience in a hotel with 50+ rooms is an added advantage).
• Proficiency in Hotel Management Systems (PMS) and POS systems.
• Ability to work shifts including your weekends and public holidays.
