Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential customers in key markets such as Kamukunji and Gikomba, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

- Onboard new customers and assist them with account opening and payment initiation

- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, and acquire more clients through understanding their supply chains and customer referrals

- Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the team

- Ensure all customer information and transactions comply with bank policies and regulatory requirements

- Strong network in key markets such as Kamukunji and Gikomba

- Previous entrepreneurial experience

- Prior sales or business development experience

- Must have the ability to speak or understand Chinese
