Background
Mavericks is a state-of-art restaurant chain specializing in delivering a relaxed and memorable fine dining experience. We are seeking to recruit talented and experienced, results-driven Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, lead service teams, and ensure exceptional customer experience while driving sales and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery
- Lead, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff to achieve performance targets
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and service standards
- Monitor sales performance, costs, stock levels, and wastage
- Preparation and submission of weekly, monthly, annual and other periodic reports on operational and performance data for management
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of staff
- Drive revenue growth through promotions, upselling, and service excellence
- Conduct periodic meeting with marketing people for enquiry & follow up & conversion to grow up the business.
- Able to perform any other assigned duties by the supervisor
Requirements
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role (restaurant / hospitality)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Highly conversant with HACCP regulations as well as safety policies
- Knowledge in strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting and management of costs
- Proven ability to manage teams, shifts, and performance
- Knowledge of POS systems, stock control, and reporting
- High integrity and accountability
