ROUTE TO MARKET MANAGER (RIFT REGION)

1 POSITION | PERMANENT

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity?

Key Purpose: The Route to Market Manager is responsible for developing and continuously improving the Route-to-Market structure with the aims of achieving higher efficiencies in product distribution and a sustained competitive advantage, from both a strategic and an operational viewpoint, consistent with best practice across the country to grow the market effectively.

Qualifications:

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Commerce or any other Business related course

Added Advantage: Professional Certification or Master's degree

Experience:

A minimum of 5 years of relevant corporate experience.

A track record of delivering results in a Sales role that focused on building capability

Added Advantage: Sound knowledge and experience in implementing Route to Market (RTM) or Route to Consumer (RTC) strategies in traditional trade; modern trade; customer segmentation and channel management in an FMCG environment.

Added Advantage: Experience in multiple regions.
