Qualifications
At least a Diploma in Journalism, Mass Communication, Radio broadcasting
Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Swahili and English (and local dialects is added advantage).
Strong interviewing and moderation skills for talk shows.
Knowledge of current affairs, politics, and culture.
Ability to engage listeners and build audience loyalty.
Teamwork with producers, editors, and technical staff.
Adaptability to live broadcast pressures
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
