Job Purpose

Reach stacker operator is a very key person in container/packages handling in Yard operations, He ensures that the machine is working within SWL and coordinates with clerks and ensures safety while handing containers or packages.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspecting the machine before starting day-to-day activity through checklist.
• Stacking and unstacking containers in allocated storage area in blocks.
• Delivery/loading of containers to respective assigned trucks.
• Placing containers at customs verification area.
• Offloading and loading Out of Gauge container & packages using slings

Qualifications and Experience

• O’ level or equivalent
• Certificate in Plant Operations
• Valid relevant driving license
• Basic knowledge in mechanics
• 3 Years’ Experience

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: professional certificate
