Responsibilities

Position Overview:

The Real Estate Advisor for a new apartment development is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new leads, scheduling site visits, and participating in industry events such as fairs, presentations, and exhibitions. This role will strategically support the Sales Director in executing sales initiatives to maximize revenue and enhance market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage potential buyers and provide comprehensive details on the development, including pricing, size, and location.
  • Lead the prospecting, origination, and closing of sales for the development.
  • Stay informed on the local and international real estate market to guide clients in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Plan and coordinate open days and sales events to generate new leads and boost sales.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with agencies and brokerage firms to support the sales process.
  • Attend industry seminars and trade exhibitions to gain market insights and generate leads.
  • Support client presentations to expand the development's client base.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients while addressing their real estate needs.
  • Collect and analyze market data across Rendeavour’s key markets in Kenya and provide quarterly insights on trends.
  • Utilize CRM (Salesforce) to document and track all sales activities.

Skills and Experience:

  • A bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business studies, or a related field (preferred).
  • Extensive professional network in the Kenyan business sector.
  • At least 3 years of experience in real estate sales, or in business development with a focus on selling off plan properties.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong commercial judgment and a pragmatic approach.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Attention to detail with a highly organized work ethic.
  • A team player who can also work independently.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and results driven.

Personal Characteristics:

  • High energy and resilience.
  • Strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
