Peoplelink Consultants Ltd is a consultancy services company incorporated under the laws of Kenya.
Responsibilities or duties
Research and build a database of commercial, industrial, and bulk residential leads by identifying and engaging key decision-makers. Make outbound calls tailored to clients in international markets such as the USA, Australia, the UK, Canada, and other regions to introduce products, set up meetings, and schedule site tours for the commercial team.
Align working hours to correspond with target markets' time zones while maintaining flexibility for remote work arrangements.
Maintain up-to-date records of customer contact details, calls, and sales activities within the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Develop and customize persuasive sales scripts to effectively communicate the company's offerings.
Guide prospects and leads through the sales funnel, directing qualified leads to the commercial sales team for closure.
Follow up with customers after initial contact to maintain engagement and address queries from potential customers generated through advertisements.
Lead tele sales strategies and optimize CRM database usage to improve lead conversion rates.
Collaborating with the sales team to achieve diaspora-specific sales targets.
Building strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
Experience needed
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in tele sales or lead generation. Proven track record in database development and management.
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets preferably over the phone.
Demonstrated success in converting cold calls to qualified leads.
Experience in real estate or property development sector preferred. History of achieving sales targets and KPIs preferably over the phone.
Experience with sales pipeline management, prospecting, and lead generation capabilities.
