Client Relations & Marketing: Solicit Clients: Find and engage new clients interested in buying, selling, or renting properties. Promote Listings: Advertise properties through various channels, including open houses, online listings, and direct marketing. Show Properties: Take potential buyers and renters to view properties. Market Expertise & Advice: Price Property: Conduct Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) to determine a competitive and accurate market price for properties. Advise Clients: Provide guidance on property values, market conditions, and financing options, such as mortgages. Consult on Property Appeal: Advise sellers on how to prepare their homes to attract more buyers. Transaction Management: Negotiate Offers: Present purchase offers and mediate negotiations between buyers and sellers to reach agreeable terms. Prepare Documentation: Draft and manage various legal and sales documents, including purchase agreements, leases, and closing statements. Ensure Compliance: Oversee transactions to ensure that all terms and conditions of purchase agreements and contracts are met and that legal requirements are followed.
