Our client is seeking a driven and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our sales function — identifying, nurturing, and converting leads into closed sales. You will play a critical role in expanding our footprint in the ready homes market through a combination of relationship management, digital marketing expertise, and relentless follow-through.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record in the sales and marketing of ready homes or real estate products.
- Demonstrated experience planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong ability to set, monitor, and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Excellent relationship management and client service skills.
- Age between 35 and 45 years.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and convert leads into closed sales for ready homes.
- Develop and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns to generate and nurture inbound leads.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective buyers through networking and referrals.
- Cultivate strong client relationships throughout the full sales cycle and beyond.
- Achieve and consistently surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide timely follow-up on all leads and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and promotional content.
- Represent the organisation at property exhibitions, open days, and industry networking events
