Role Overview

The Front Desk Receptionist will oversee daily front office operations, manage guest check-ins and check-outs, handle account reconciliations, and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of service and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

  • Handle guest check-in, check-out, registration, payments, and inquiries to deliver efficient, high-quality hospitality service.
  • Perform daily account reconciliation, process orders, log guest information, and maintain accurate operational records.
  • Supervise cleaning staff by arranging shift schedules, assigning duties, and inspecting the quality of guest rooms and public areas.
  • Address guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly during stays to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain front desk cleanliness, perform regular inventory checks of supplies, and ensure equipment is properly maintained.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel front desk or customer service operations, with strong familiarity in front desk SOPs, account handling, and conflict resolution.
  • Experience in scheduling, managing, and inspecting the quality of cleaning staff work.
  • Physical appearance requirements: Female 168cm; Male 180cm, with a professional and elegant demeanor.
  • Outgoing, highly service-oriented, with strong communication skills and flexible emergency response capabilities.
  • Meticulous, responsible, and fully adaptable to shift work schedules.
