Job Purpose:
To serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, managing inquiries, registrations, and appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct patients and visitors warmly.
- Register new patients and retrieve files for returning patients.
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Certificate in Front Office, Public Relations, or Business Administration.
- 2+ years experience in a customer-facing role (healthcare preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in basic computer applications.
