  • Provide administrative support and coordinate meetings.
  • Ensure the reception desk remains attended and provides excellent customer service throughout working hours.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years experience in a reception, customer service, or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
