Job Title: RECEPTIONIST/CUSTOMER RELATIONS AGENT.
About the Client:
Our client is a leading interior design company specializing in modern and elegant home and office décor solutions. The company is committed to delivering exceptional design concepts and outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clear and assist clients courteously at the showroom.
- Manage the reception area to maintain a professional and welcoming environment.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally.
- Address customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.
- Record and update customer data, quotations, and orders in the system.
- Assist with social media and WhatsApp-based client engagement.
- Coordinate client appointments and manage an organized booking schedule.
- Support the sales team through follow-ups and feedback collection.
- Perform basic administrative duties such as filing, invoicing, and scheduling deliveries.
Qualifications & Competencies:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Front Office, Customer Service, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Experience in the retail or furniture industry will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with social media platforms for business use.
- Presentable, confident, and professional demeanor.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday - 8:30 am - 5:50 pm.
