Responsibilities

Reporting to the Senior Client Service Officer, the successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Ensure a professional welcome for clients and visitors, manage incoming calls efficiently and assist with key front‑office functions
  • Assist with basic client enquiries on unit trusts, fund information, statements, and KYC requirements.
  • Offer administrative assistance and handle meeting room coordination.
  • Support the preparation of proposals, client documentation
  • Assist the team with travel planning and booking tasks when required
  • Maintain the reception area and support general office operations.
  • Adhere to Company policies including internal and external polices, risk, compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Any other responsibilities as documented in your performance objectives and as may be assigned and communicated from time to time.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree
  • At least 1 year experience or internship in a similar role in the financial sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and customer‑service orientation.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Interest in investments, asset management, or unit trusts is an added advantage.
