Talent Grid Africa is expanding its recruitment consultancy team and is seeking a motivated Recruitment Associate to support end-to-end recruitment projects across diverse industries. This opportunity is ideal for an early-career recruitment professional who enjoys identifying talent, building candidate relationships, coordinating recruitment processes, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of experience in Recruitment, HR, or Talent Acquisition.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Previous experience within a recruitment consultancy or agency will be an added advantage.
