This internship provides practical exposure to sourcing, candidate management, and project coordination, equipping you with the skills to support end-to-end recruitment processes while developing professional competencies for future leadership roles.
Role Purpose:
To support recruiters in the execution of recruitment projects by managing candidate sourcing, pipeline development, and administrative coordination, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of client assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates across job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for active and upcoming roles.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews and recruiter-client meetings.
- Track recruitment metrics (applications, shortlists, conversions).
- Maintain accurate and confidential candidate records.
Collaboration Points:
- Work closely with recruiters to prioritize open roles and pipeline needs.
- Coordinate with recruitment coordinators on interview logistics and client updates.
- Share weekly progress summaries with recruiters and the wider team.
Requirements:
- A recent graduate pursuing a career in recruitment or HR.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with LinkedIn/job boards is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and an excellent team player.
Growth Opportunity:
Exposure to full recruitment cycles with the potential to transition into roles such as Recruitment Consultant or Project Manager.
