  • Create strong operating mechanisms for in-person and virtual community touchpoints that can scale effectively.

Community-Led Recruitment and Growth Contribution

  • Partner closely with Marketing, Recruitment, and city teams to ensure community contributes meaningfully to learner acquisition and enrollment goals in Kenya.
  • Develop and execute strategies that increase the percentage of new enrollments secured through community-led recruitment channels.
  • Support the creation of referral systems, ambassador-led outreach efforts, local engagement campaigns, and events that drive qualified prospect interest.
  • Ensure community programming and messaging are aligned with campaign priorities, target audience needs, and market goals.
  • Track and report on the community's contribution to lead generation, conversion, and enrollment performance.

Impact Storytelling and Brand Advocacy

  • Build systems to identify, capture, and elevate powerful stories of learner, alumni, and community impact in Kenya.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure impact stories are consistently documented, surfaced, and shared in ways that strengthen brand credibility and community pride.
