As a Regional Domain Manager for Driver Operations, you will own the rollout, execution, and performance of key programs across multiple markets, including Driver Acquisition, Engagement, Rewards & Loyalty, Quality, Onboarding, and Community. You will operate at the intersection of global strategy and local execution — ensuring that central initiatives are effectively deployed, optimized, and scaled, while also feeding back structured insights to continuously improve programs. This is a hands-on role requiring strong ownership, operational rigor, and the ability to drive results across diverse markets.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end execution of Driver Operations programs across multiple markets, ensuring strong delivery across acquisition, engagement, rewards, quality, onboarding funnel, and community initiatives
- Own regional KPIs and OKRs within the Driver domain, tracking performance rigorously and driving fast corrective actions where needed
- Translate global strategies into clear, structured execution plans tailored to local market realities
- Monitor performance, identify root causes of gaps, and implement solutions to consistently hit targets
- Prioritize initiatives and allocate resources toward the highest ROI opportunities, managing trade-offs across markets
- Act as the bridge between central and local teams by surfacing regulatory risks, supply dynamics, and operational insights
- Contribute to program improvement by providing structured feedback and supporting the evolution of scalable playbooks
- Collaborate closely with General Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution discipline
- Build and strengthen capabilities within local Driver Operations teams through coaching, best practice sharing, and structured problem-solving
About you:
- You have 7+ years of experience in operations, program management, or similar roles with regional or multi-country scope
- You have a strong track record of executing and scaling multi-market programs with measurable results
- You bring a strong analytical and commercial mindset, with experience managing KPIs, budgets, and ROI-driven decisions
- You are an excellent stakeholder manager, with experience working with senior leadership across functions and geographies
- You demonstrate high ownership and are comfortable bringing structure to ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on, execution-focused approach
