Responsibilities or duties

Drive end-to-end execution of Fleets & Vehicles programs across multiple markets, including financing, branding, electrification, KAM, fleet support, and fleet deals

Own regional KPIs such as financed vehicle GMV share, branding penetration, electrification mix, KAM coverage, and program profitability

Translate global strategies into actionable execution plans aligned with local supply dynamics

Monitor performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to ensure consistent delivery against targets

Prioritize initiatives and allocate resources toward the highest ROI opportunities, managing trade-offs effectively

Act as the bridge between central and local teams by surfacing regulatory challenges, supply-side constraints, and operational insights

Contribute to program improvement by providing structured feedback and helping evolve scalable frameworks and playbooks

Collaborate closely with General Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and execution

Build capabilities within local teams by sharing best practices, enabling knowledge transfer, and supporting business case development

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

You have 7+ years of experience in operations, program management, or similar roles with regional or multi-country scope

You have a proven track record of delivering and scaling multi-market programs with measurable results

You bring a strong analytical and commercial mindset, with experience managing performance metrics, budgets, and ROI

You are an excellent stakeholder manager, capable of influencing senior leadership across multiple functions

You demonstrate high ownership and thrive in fast-paced, complex environments

You combine strategic thinking with a strong execution focus
