JOB DETAILS:
Qualifications or requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Business, Automotive or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Automotive Parts Sales. At least 2 years in regional or field sales
- Automotive Expertise: Strong knowledge of automotive parts, applications, and compatibility
- Proficiency in ERP & Digital Tools: ERP & EPC
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Negotiation & Persuasion: Ability to upsell, cross-sell, and close deals effectively
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Self-Driven, adaptable and a person of integrity
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 60
Level of Education: associate degree
