REGIONAL SALES LEAD

SALARY: Kes 40,000-50,000 + Commissions

LOCATION: Nakuru

All Candidates Must:

• Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in a supervisory or team leadership role (loan/field officer environment preferred).
• Experience in selling Renewable energy technologies.
• Leadership, communication& relationship building skills.
• Self-motivated, well organized and goal driven.
• High Integrity with strong problem- solving skills.
• Able to work independently with a strong sense of accountability.
• Customer focused and results- oriented mindset.
• Proficient in Ms Office.
• CRM knowledge is an added advantage.
