Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive regional sales growth across East and West Africa
- Manage performance of all product categories within the business
- Develop and expand distributor, dealer, and reseller networks
- Oversee in-country sales teams and coordinate with Dubai commercial operations
- Drive achievement of revenue targets, gross margins, and commercial KPIs
- Prepare accurate forecasts, budgets, and sales performance reports
- Gather and analyze competitor activity, pricing, and market opportunities
- Support vendor/principal growth plans and execute market expansion strategies
- Maintain strong commercial discipline around receivables, stock movement, and profitability
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years' senior sales experience within IT distribution, office automation, imaging, printing, or related technology products
- Proven exposure to recognized brands such as HP Inc., Epson, Canon, Brother Industries or similar
- Strong regional or multi-country commercial management experience
- Demonstrated success in channel development and distributor management
- Strong understanding of sales forecasting, budgeting, P&L management, and KPI reporting
- Proven leadership ability with experience managing sales teams
- Highly analytical, performance-driven, and commercially aggressive
- Willingness to travel frequently within the region
Remuneration
A competitive executive package will be offered based on experience and track record.
Company Vehicle/Fuel – Can be provided / discussed
Commission - currently in place tied to KPIs
Bonus - dependent on annual whole company performance
Travel Allowance - will be provided (Local & International)
