Background

Our client is in the Sales industry seeking to hire a Regional Sales Manager - IT Training & Technology Solutions.

Responsibilities

  • The role involves driving company growth, scaling revenue, and leading sales teams to consistently hit aggressive monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Mastery of corporate CRM ecosystems, with a strong preference for Bitrix24 CRM management and pipeline tracking.
  • Advanced enterprise-level negotiation, strategic client relationship management, cross-selling/upselling architecture, and a deep understanding of corporate training, testing center operations, and software solution environments.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Corporate Governance, Executive Management, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7+ years of progressive B2B/Corporate sales experience, with at least 3+ years in a senior sales management or leadership role supervising regional or multi-territory sales teams (experience managing teams across Africa, or specifically in Nairobi and Mombasa, is highly preferred).
  • Tangible evidence of successfully driving company growth, scaling revenue, and leading sales teams to consistently hit aggressive monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
