We’re Hiring: Regional Sales Representative

Are you a results-driven sales professional with strong regional market experience and a passion for growth? We are looking for a Regional Sales Rep to drive customer acquisition, sales growth and brand presence across Nairobi, Kiambu, Kajiado and Machakos.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow regional sales and revenue performance
  • Build and manage strong customer relationships
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Lead and support field sales teams, installers and technicians
  • Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis
  • Ensure strong after-sales support and customer satisfaction

Ideal Candidate:

  • 3–5 years’ sales experience
  • Background in cold-chain, refrigeration, solar or related sectors is an advantage
  • Experience working with distributors, agents, channel partners, SACCOs, and Micro Finance Institutions
  • Strong leadership, negotiation and reporting skills
  • Based within the Nairobi Metropolitan region
