Background

Haco Industries is a leading manufacturer and distributor of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) in East Africa. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Sales Representative to join our team in Juba, South Sudan.

Responsibilities

The Regional Sales Representative will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the assigned region.
• Managing and expanding the customer base, including identifying new business opportunities.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and distributors.
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
• Providing regular sales reports to management.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Added Advantage

Candidates based in South Sudan will have an added advantage.
