JOB DETAILS:
HJF Medical Research International, Inc. (HJFMRI) provides scientific, technical and programmatic support services to global medical research programs. The HJFMRI have vacancies for KDF PEPFAR Program Director and a Registered Clinical Officer within the PEPFAR Program. The Director is based in Nairobi and reports to DOD PEPFAR Country Director and the Clinical Officer is based in Mombasa and reports to Care and Treatments Program Manager. .

Job Responsibilities:
• The Clinical Officer is responsible for effective and efficient Implementation of HIV prevention, care and treatment in Mtongwe Military Outreach clinic Mombasa under the support of the U.S. President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR), of the Kenya Defence Forces (KDF) program through the Henry Jackson Foundation Medical Research International, Inc (HJFMRI). The Incumbent will provide technical assistance In comprehensive HIV treatment and prevention activities, CQI and SIMS to ensure that PEPFAR/KDF program achieves its annual targets and results in Mtongwe Military Outreach Clinic (MMOC).
