Registered Nurse III – Job Group G – 6 Posts – 3 Years Contract
This cadre of nurses offers foundational nursing care in county facilities.
Job Description
- Provide direct patient care under supervision of senior nurses.
- Conduct basic clinical assessments and record vital signs.
- Support wound care, dressing, and hygiene for patients.
- Assist in health education sessions for patients and caregivers.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in nursing stations.
- Keep patient records updated and accurate.
- Participate in ward rounds and report observations to supervisors.
- Uphold ethical nursing practices and patient confidentiality.
