JOB DETAILS:
REGULATORY TECHNICIAN
We are seeking to recruit a Regulatory Technician to work in our Quality department – Regulatory
section. Successful candidates will be responsible for among other tasks:
Responsibilities:
R-I Prepare technical documentation:
ï‚· Assist in writing product technical documents, collecting and sorting registration information.
R-II Products Registration:
ï‚· Assist the department to complete the registration of company products, track and update
relevant information.
R- III Product third-party inspection:
ï‚· Assist in connecting with third-party testing agencies, communicate, application and submit
relevant information to ensure the smooth progress of the registration process.
R-IV Regulatory data collection:
ï‚· Assist in the collection, update and dissemination of regulations/standards related to medical
devices.
R-V Notified body and customer audit:
ï‚· Assist in completing customer and third-party audits.
R-VI Local Regulatory Work:
ï‚· Liaison with regulatory bodies like PPB, GMP, KEBS
Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
ï‚· 1 to 3 years of work experience in a similar role.
ï‚· Knowledge of various global medical device regulations (MDRs).
ï‚· Conversant with GMP, ISO13485, QSR 820, Medical device quality system requirements.
ï‚· Knowledge of document& data control requirements.
 Computer literate – Proficient in Ms Office suite& statistical analysis.
ï‚· Knowledge of Quality Management Systems.

Level of Education: bachelor degree
