This is a fulltime, onsite role for a Relationship Officer based in Eldoret, Kenya. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, handling customer inquiries, driving sales of financial products, and ensuring excellent customer service. Additionally, the officer will contribute to achieving financial targets by promoting loan products, providing financial guidance and assistance, and keeping clients informed about various investment opportunities. As a key point of contact, the Relationship Officer will also work to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities or duties
- Promote Sales.
- Manage and nurture relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct credit assessments and prepare proposals.
- Monitor and manage credit portfolio performance.
- Promote and crosssell credit products to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Qualifications or requirements
- Degree/ Diploma in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of credit risk management and financial analysis.
Experience needed
- Experience in a credit company, specifically logbook loans.
