Job Summary
This is a fulltime, onsite role for a Relationship Officer based in Nakuru, Kenya. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, handling customer inquiries, driving sales of financial products, and ensuring excellent customer service. Additionally, the officer will contribute to achieving financial targets by promoting loan products, providing financial guidance and assistance, and keeping clients informed about various investment opportunities. As a key point of contact, the Relationship Officer will also work to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
Qualifications
Degree/ Diploma in Business, Finance, or related field.
Experience in a credit company, specifically logbook loans.
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of credit risk management and financial analysis.

Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
