Role Context
We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Relationship Officers. This internship position offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in micro-finance, client relations, and business development. As a Relationship Officer, you will be at the forefront of our client engagement, playing a crucial role in their financial journey.
Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new clients.
- Educate clients on AXE's loan products and benefits.
- Grow loan portfolios and support repayments.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up.
- Build trust and long-term customer relationships.
Qualifications and Experience
- High School Certificate, TVET Certificate, or Diploma.
- No prior experience is strictly required, but a passion for customer service and finance is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Additional Notes
This is an internship position with a stipend of KSh 20,000. It is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in the financial sector.
