Responsibilities or duties
- Client attraction and retention.
- Meet loan disbursement and collection targets.
- Delivery of quality customer service to our esteemed clients.
Qualifications or requirements
- Minimum diploma or bachelor's degree in a business related field.
- Good communication and customer service skill.
- Good negotiations skills.
Experience needed
- At least 2 years work experience as a loan officer, collection officer or relationship officer.
Work Hours: 8
