JOB DETAILS:
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Solar Technology, or related field.
- 2 years' experience in the solar energy industry (product testing, installations, or R&D).
- Strong understanding of solar PV systems, batteries, inverters, and storage technologies.
- Proficiency in technical analysis tools (e.g., PVsyst, AutoCAD, MATLAB) is an added advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and team collaboration skills.
- Passionate about research, innovation, and sustainable energy solutions.
- Proven experience in conducting staff or customer technical trainings on solar systems and product handling.
