VIYA Health Enterprise Ltd is seeking an experienced Responsible Pharmacist to lead Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance in Kenya. This role serves as the statutory Superintendent Pharmacist, accountable to the Pharmacy and Poisons Board (PPB), and plays a critical role in enabling compliant, safe, and scalable growth across pharmaceutical, medical device, and digital health operations.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison with PPB and ensure full regulatory compliance
Lead regulatory submissions, product registrations, renewals, labelling, audits, and pharmacovigilance
Oversee e-pharmacy and telehealth compliance, including online dispensing and digital health practices
Provide regulatory input into new product launches and market expansion initiatives
Manage RA&QA resources, consultants, and cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
Registered Pharmacist eligible to act as Responsible Pharmacist in Kenya
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Regulatory Affairs / Quality Assurance
Strong knowledge of PPB regulations and healthcare compliance
