We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Restaurant Growth Partner to join our team in Kenya. This role is crucial in driving the success and expansion of our restaurant clients. You will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies, optimizing operations, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic growth plans for restaurant clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Optimize menu offerings, pricing strategies, and operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners and stakeholders.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for business improvement.
- Oversee marketing and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and customer traffic.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Manage budgets and financial performance of client restaurants.
- Train and mentor restaurant staff on best practices.
- Stay updated on industry innovations and best practices.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of business development and growth strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
- Experience in marketing and sales strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Knowledge of the Kenyan market is a plus.
Experience Needed
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality sector.
